Policies and Safety

A FEW SIMPLE RULES
Please NO pets, smoking, or alcohol allowed on the farm.

Accessibility:

We are a real working farm with some rolling hills and unpaved, uneven surfaced areas.

Strollers and wagons can be brought on premises but the ground (like any farm) can be bumpy in spots.

Restrooms:

There are a few porta potties on site and a permanent bathroom with handicap accessibility by the Wagon Wheel Cafe.

A hand washing station is located next to the porta potties.

Food and Beverages:

On weekends, no food or drinks are allowed to be brought onto the farm. Unless you have reserved a fire pit or Birthday Hut for a party. Food and drinks are for sale at our Wagon Wheel Cafe.

No alcohol is allowed on the farm at any time. During the week school field trip groups are allowed to bring their picnic lunch. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Weather:

We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our visitors. If it is raining or our farm is muddy we are usually closed. The decision to be open or closed is on a day-to-day basis depending upon the conditions at the farm.

An announcement regarding any weather closure will be posted on our website or facebook page.

Busy Times:

Keep in mind that weekends are our busiest time.

You may want to plan to visit the farm between 10 am -12 pm if you are looking for a smaller crowd.

Attire:

Because we operate in September, October and November, we recommend being prepared for hot weather at the beginning and cool weather at the end.

We also recommend wearing closed-toe shoes or sneakers. Remember that you will be in a farm atmosphere and should dress appropriately for the best experience.

Farm Animal Alley:

We ask that you do not eat while visiting our farm animals. Remember you don't eat feed and they don't eat potato chips Only feed the food provided in our coin operated dispensers because our animals are on a special diet.

PLEASE use hand sanitizer or our hand washing station before leaving the farm animals.

Lighting:

The play area and grounds will be lit at night, but the paths throughout the maze will not. Please bring a flashlight to find your way through.

We will have glow sticks, swords and glasses available to purchase in the gift shop or admission booth.

Corn Maze:

Please don't throw or pick the corn. We ask that you don't run in the corn maze and stay on the paths.

Remember, smoking is not allowed on the farm at all.

Seward Farms Maze accepts Cash or Church/School checks with proper identification.

Cozy up to a private fire pit, book an educational field trip, or invite your business out for a day in the corn maze.
